I had some bodywork done to my car. The team at Caliber were incredibly helpful, nice, and a pure pleasure to do business with. They worked with the insurance company for the payment and kept me updated when parts arrived and how the progress on my car was going. They had the job finished in the stated amount of time and had things looking flawless upon pickup. It was a great experience working with this shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I brought my Camaro to Caliber Collision after the front driver side was backed into in August of 2025. I ended up getting the front bumper, driver front fender and headlight fixed or replaced. The quote for the repair seemed steep at the time, but I accepted it becasue I thought I would get quality work done to my vehicle. I was sadly wrong. Everyone was nice, but communication wasn't the best. My vehicle was held in assembly for almost an extra week and deadlines seemed like they were always getting pushed back. After recieving my vehicle I was dissapointed. I brought my vehicle back to Caliber to walk around the vehicle with a manager and show the "quality" of work done to my vehicle. The replacement bumper was scratched upon delivery and a different shade of black. The fender that was repaired didn't fit properly, and the paint work was sub-par. With the clear coat having a bunch of divits and was failing around the wheel. Lastly the headlight installed on my vehicle can't be adjusted to sit level with the passanger side. With this list of complaints, I was told the vehicle can be brought in once they recieve a replacement factory headlight. This all happened in October, and

When I dropped off my vehicle, they already had our rental car there ready for us. Mike kept us informed and sent us pictures of the process. When the repair was more than the estimate from the insurance company, Caliber directly communicated with the insurance company to have the rest covered. They finished my car faster than they said they would and it came back looking brand new!

*UPDATE* I picked up my truck today! I’m not ashamed to admit I teared up as I pulled into the parking lot and it was out there sparkling and better than the day I bought it 5 years ago. Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of my truck that is so ridiculously special to me. The paint work was flawless. The new flares and running boards? Stunning. I can’t tell you enough how much this whole staff, especially Mike, has made my year. I was treated with such respect and kindness and kept informed every step of the way. Again, thank you so much. All of you! I love the truck! *before and after pictures included! I can’t say enough how great this shop is. We were dealing with my insurance on one side and a worse accident on the other which a different insurance was liable for. This truck is a magnet. HOWEVER, the professionalism and speed with how they dealt with the insurances and got me in was beyond impressive. My heart was broken because, and I kid you not, I love this truck.
